Just three days ago I posted the powerful work of photographer/filmmaker Tim Hetherington - pictures he took of American soldiers of Outpost Restrepo in Afghanistan's remote Korengal Valley, which appear in his new book, Infidel. The images are moving and important. Hetherington has just died, killed in the embattled Libyan city of Misrata.
